The following question was asked on Facebook by a Gold Coast Kids mum, Alison with great responses from the community.
- I don’t know about home teachers, in that area but I do know Sonya from H2o – Underwater Photography is a swim teacher, and takes awesome photos of babies and kids swimming also, if you’re happy to go to a centre, Gullivers is great, in Coomera. Leigh is a fantastic teacher there.
- You and the teacher have to have specialised liability insurance. Many teachers are wary of this.
- Judie Farrell
- www.swimsafely2u.com Jenny is very good and is a mobile instructor
- Try Wendy at Wendy’s Water Wonders she’s really good, I’ve had my 3 and 2 year olds swimming with her since 4 months, she’s just started out on her own and does lessons in home pools
