This workshop is designed for parent, carers, professionals or educators who only have 1 day available and seek to learn the basics of the Nurtured Heart Approach. For teachers, the Approach will provide you with the ability to incorporate social/ emotional learning into your everyday curriculum, enhancing the lives of ALL children in your class.
Nurtured Heart Approach Australia we understand we do the best we can with the tools we have. Sometimes, the tools we have do not seem to match the intensity of our child. Ever sat back and wondered why what you have been doing in the past has worked with your other children but not with this one? We can assist you in not only understanding this, but provide you with tools and a way of thinking about your children that can help all of you move forward and have the relationship you want. You can be in control.
In a fun, easy to remember way, this workshop will help you will:
- Gain a deeper understanding about ‘intense’ behaviour in children.
- Learn why some other strategies do not seem to work with ‘intense kids’
- Learn powerful strategies on how to see what is great about your child again and change the way they see themselves.
- Learn how to become more proactive and feel more in control.
- Learn how to improve relationships in areas of your life.
