Palm Beach

Palm Beach can be found just north of Currumbin beach on the Gold Coast. It is an open beach with a lovely board walk along the beach front.

Palm Beach has a flagged area and Lifeguard tower and is patrolled from September to April and in school holidays. Drinking fountains, beach showers and male and female toilets (including those with wheelchair access) are provided for your convenience. There are also some good picnic tables right on the beach front and gas BBQs for self-catering. The Palm Beach Surf Club also provides an alternative for dining. Free car parking is available.

Bench seating and a great walking path and bikeway feature at Palm Beach. Nearby Andy Frizzell Park offers a place to relax while your Gold Coast Kids enjoy the playground. Palm Beach is a potentially hazardous beach for swimming, due to the inner bar rips. Avoid swimming at the creek mouths, as they have strong currents.
