Welcome 2013! Activities to do with your Gold Coast Kids.

How are you feeling this morning? How great were the fireworks last night?

Let me ease you into 2013 and take the hard work out of finding family fun activities. I have pulled together some great ideas to suit all budgets so you can have a great start to 2013!

Activities on the Gold Coast

Picnic, play, a bit of fishing, and even a swim at Evandale Lake and Sculpture Walk located off Bundall Road, Crombie Avenue, Bundall.

Our families personal favourite is a visit to the Glow Worms and explore Natural Bridge, Springbrook. If you have older kids head out in the evening to see the true magic! Just remember no flash photography or your will destroy the glow worms.

Start the year right with a great walk in the rainforest at O’Reilly’s Tree Top Walk.

Road Trip with your Gold Coast Kids

Head to Ipswich for a fantastic Day Out with Thomas. Daily events include:

  • The Fat Controller & Thomas the Tank Engine Dockside Performances

  • Thomas Play Pit
  • Thomas Imagination Station
  • Thomas & Friends Cinema
  • Where’s Thomas? Model Railway
  • Workshops Express Miniature Train Ride & Bouncy Castle

Theme park fun with your Gold Coast Kids
